Anessa York helps founder-led and growth-stage companies build the structure and discipline required to scale with confidence.
As Chief Operating Officer of SANTÉ Realty Investments — a six-time Inc. 5000 real estate investment firm — Anessa leads executive management, operational strategy, and performance alignment across global portfolios. She specializes in translating ambitious vision into coordinated execution through robust systems, financial clarity, and leadership accountability. Her work ensures that leadership teams move beyond reactive mode into intentional, disciplined growth that delivers results.
Earlier in her tenure at SANTÉ, Anessa served as Company Integrator and played a key role in the internal implementation of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System). Through that experience, she saw firsthand how structured operating systems can create organizational clarity and traction — and also where typical frameworks begin to strain as complexity increases. That extended operating journey deepened her conviction that scalable growth requires evolving structure, stronger accountability rhythms, and clearly defined operating discipline embedded into daily leadership practice.
Anessa’s operational experience spans multiple roles and environments — from senior project management to integrator to executive leadership — giving her a deep understanding of the pressures leaders face as companies grow. She knows that most teams don’t struggle because they lack ideas or tools, but because sustained execution requires alignment, clarity, and follow-through.
At Next Level Growth, Anessa partners with leadership teams to strengthen alignment, refine operating structure, and install execution rhythms that enable sustainable scale. Her coaching is grounded in real-world operating experience — not theory — and focused on helping leaders transform good intentions into consistent results.
Anessa holds a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business and completed executive education at the Wharton School. She is also an adoptive parent of three children from the Arizona foster system — an experience that has shaped her leadership philosophy around structure, stewardship, and long-term commitment.
In addition to her professional work, Anessa is an avid urban gardener. Her urban desert garden was featured in City Lifestyle Magazine – Ahwatukee for its focus on growing food sustainably in an arid environment — a reflection of her belief that thoughtful planning, disciplined care, and adaptability yield the most meaningful results.
