Starting at Accenture, he excelled in business process engineering before founding several companies in the US and internationally, including Parker Finch Management, HOAM (High-Rise Owners Association Management), Dyme Group, and SANTE Realty Investments.

As Global CEO of SANTE, Jim managed nearly $3 billion in assets and achieved exits worth over $350 million. He expanded the portfolio across the US and Europe with innovative strategies and funding structures. Personal adversities, including his daughters’ health issues, further fueled his determination to succeed. These challenges strengthened his resolve, turning adversity into a catalyst for success.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jim is a passionate author and speaker, sharing insights globally through books like “The Perpetual Passive Income Machine” and “Turning Tragic Into Millionaire Magic.” His commitment to philanthropy, especially supporting research and charities for genetic-based childhood diseases, underscores his dedication to making a positive impact. Jim also founded Rett Eliminated Together Today, demonstrating his dedication to eradicating genetic-based childhood diseases.

Passionate about the power of Peer Groups, Jim is a past member of the Arizona Chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) and a current member and past Chapter Chair of the Arizona Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
