Over nearly two decades, he played a pivotal role in scaling the company from scratch to 1,600+ employees across 38 locations nationwide—the only senior executive involved in every phase of its expansion for the first 18+ years, from de novos to acquisitions. His deep expertise in growth strategy, leadership development, and operational excellence comes from real-world experience, not theory.
With nearly 25 years in executive leadership—including roles as CPO, COO, and CEO—Landon understands the realities of entrepreneurship: anxiety-led sleepless nights, navigating team conflict, offboarding and replacing legacy executives, tying growth strategy to individual performance, and leading complex multi-site operations.
