Wendy helps leadership teams turn operating systems from theory into daily practice.
She’s an operations leader, former COO, Integrator, minority owner, and business coach who works with growing organizations to bring clarity, structure, and steady execution to their leadership teams—especially when the pressure of growth, people issues, and competing priorities make consistency hard to sustain.
Wendy spent the first 15 years of her career in large pharmaceutical and healthcare organizations leading operations, client management, and continuous improvement efforts. She led research teams working on multi-million-dollar projects, relocated across the country to launch and staff a new state-of-the-art facility, aligned global processes, negotiated vendor partnerships, and drove efficiency initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings.
She then spent the next decade in a small healthcare technology company where she led operations, client service, and finance, ultimately serving as COO – running the day to day business, Integrator, and minority owner. As both an operator and an owner, Wendy felt firsthand the pressure of balancing growth, people, performance, and accountability while implementing an operating system in a real business.
During this time, she worked alongside Next Level Growth Founder, Michael Erath, to implement the Next Level Growth approach throughout the organization. The company was recognized as a Small Business Best Place to Work for five consecutive years and increased revenue by 50% three years in a row.
Through this experience, Wendy found her niche.
She saw how powerful an operating system can be—and how difficult it is for leadership teams to implement and sustain it while still running the business. Leaders don’t struggle because they don’t understand the tools. They struggle because they don’t have the time, focus, or support to apply them consistently.
This is where Wendy can help.
She works alongside leaders and managers to help them translate operating system concepts into practical, repeatable leadership behaviors. She helps teams learn how to create the structure, accountability, and rhythm that make the tools stick—so the system becomes part of how the organization runs, not something that gets revisited once a quarter.
In addition to her leadership and coaching work, Wendy has extensive experience supporting Next Level Growth clients in training leaders and managers to apply their operating systems in daily practice.
Wendy holds a BS in Social Psychology, is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and has certifications from Cornell in Executive Leadership and High-Performance Leadership. She’s known for bringing calm to complexity, aligning people and priorities, and helping leadership teams operate with confidence and focus.
Wendy grew up in a small town in Michigan and put herself through college while working full time. She later spent nearly two decades living in Phoenix before settling along the shores of Lake Erie—experiences that shaped her grounded, practical approach to leadership and life.
She now lives in the Cleveland, OH area with her husband Mike and their dog, Esther. Outside of work, she volunteers and fosters for Labrador retriever rescue organizations and serves as a mentor with SCORE, supporting local entrepreneurs and small business owners in her community.
